The positioning and feed of the three drilling headstocks are all driven by the servo motor, CNC system control, CNC trolley feeding, high efficiency and high precision.
Components of CNC Drilling Machine Line:
The drilling machine is mainly composed of main machine body, cnc feeding system, out-feeding conveyor, cooling system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, lubrication system, electrical system, and waste material car. The production line adopts a fixed bed structure and a movable workpiece structure. The three-dimensional drill of this structure is convenient for automated production.
1. Main machine body:
It mainly consists of a base, a bed, a movable sliding table, a headstock, an upper pressing device, a side pressing device and a row-type tool magazine.
The bed has good rigidity and stability, can withstand the load and vibration generated by high-speed machining, and ensure the accuracy of the machine tool.
There are a total of 3 headstocks installed on the main machine, namely the fixed side, the mobile side and the upper unit headstock, for drilling in the horizontal and vertical directions respectively. Each headstock can be operated independently, and can also complete drilling operations at the same time, which greatly improves production efficiency. Each headstock has a set of BT40 high-speed mechanical spindles, and the corresponding row-type tool magazine can install up to 4 diameters of drills (when there is no tool on the spindle), and 4 different apertures can be automatically processed when the workpiece is clamped once. . The spindle feed is driven by a servo motor, which can realize fast forward, work forward, and fast rewind through program control; the spindle motor is driven by a spindle servo motor, the speed is steplessly adjusted, and the speed range is wide.
Three headstock units are hung on the bed, and each headstock unit is driven by two sets of servo motors to realize the horizontal and vertical movement of the headstock, which is driven by ball screws and guided by precision linear rolling guides. This equipment compresses the workpiece in two directions during the drilling process. Above the workpiece, there is an oil cylinder driving a pressing mechanism to press the workpiece on the horizontal support roller, and an oil cylinder driving a pressing mechanism to press the workpiece from the side.
2、Infeeding conveyor:
It is composed of conveyor support, supporting roller, side positioning roller, side pushing device and rack, etc. The feeding channel is used to carry the workpiece to be processed, and a photoelectric switch is installed at the front end of the material channel to detect the front end of the workpiece and determine the processing datum in the X direction. The side pushing device presses the workpiece tightly and leans against the side positioning roller to realize the rough positioning of the workpiece in the Y direction.
3、Infeeding NC carriage:
It is composed of gears, servo motors and manipulators. The manipulator has good rigidity and stability, can automatically rise and fall according to the profile specifications, and automatically clamp the workpiece. After the manipulator clamps the workpiece, it is driven by the servo motor. Under the transmission of the rack and pinion, the workpiece is fed in the X direction to ensure the longitudinal machining accuracy of the drilling.
4、Out-feeding conveyor:
It is composed of conveyor support, supporting roller, etc. The supporting roller is used to carry the finished workpiece.
5、Cooling system:
The aerosol cooling method is used to cool the drill bit, that is, it is realized by compressed air + cooling water. Its advantages are less coolant consumption, cost saving, environmental protection, and reduced drill bit wear. The flexible nozzle is installed on the headstock, and the spray position of the nozzle can be adjusted conveniently, so that it can always cool the drill bit.
6、Hydraulic system:
Provide power to the workpiece pressing device.
7、Pneumatic system:
It is used to provide power to the side thruster, main shaft blowing, etc.
8、Lubrication system:
It adopts a combination of centralized lubrication and manual lubrication. A centralized lubrication device is used for regular and quantitative lubrication of certain linear guides and lead screws, and other lubrication points are lubricated by manual lubrication.
9、Electrical System:
The control system of the production line is composed of a host computer and PLC.
Programming method: Automatically generate processing programs through CAD drawings.
