The machine is mainly used in steel structure drilling in construction, bridge, tower etc., and can be use boiler plate, petro line, baffle plate and round flange and other flat plates. And the machine can be used milling groove.
Feature:
- The machine adopts the gantry moving structure, the longitudinal movement (X axis), the lateral movement (Y axis) and the vertical movement of the drilling power head (Z axis), which are all driven by the servo motor through the precision ball screw. It can automatically, accurately and quickly locate and automatically complete the drilling process. The drilling accuracy and speed are greatly improved. At the same time, the possibility of workpiece rework or scrap due to manual positioning and drilling error is avoided.
- The machine adopts Siemens CNC system. The upper computer is equipped with automatic programming software and machine monitoring software, which can directly convert AUTOCAD graphic files into machining programs. Even manual programming is very simple and fast, and programmers who do not have computer experience can complete the workpiece programming in a short time.
- The double work station can be processed efficiently, so that the drilling can be carried out simultaneously with the loading and unloading of the workpiece, and the machining can be carried out continuously without stopping the machine when the workpiece is moved up and down, thereby greatly improving the production efficiency.
- The clamping and loosening of the workpiece is completed by the hydraulic clamp group, so that the workpiece clamping is reliable, stable and fast. Automatic chip evacuation device, spray cooling system, reduces labor intensity.
- The high-speed drilling power head adopts the spindle-specific variable frequency motor, The special precision spindle is driven by the toothed timing belt to realize variable frequency stepless speed change. The feeding is driven by servo motor and ball screw. The working feed rate is set by the numerical control adjustment. The high-speed drilling power head spindle is a BT50 taper hole with a butterfly spring automatic broaching mechanism. The spindle box is equipped with a loose-knife cylinder (gas-liquid pressurized) for easy tool change. The drilling power head is mounted on the CNC slide table and moves up and down with the slide table. It can withstand heavy cutting loads and can be used for high speed machining of carbide tools.
- The machine is equipped with a flat chain automatic chip conveyor, chip collection box and spray cooling system. Equipped with automatic lubrication device, it can automatically lubricate the moving parts such as guide rails and lead screws.
